We respond to your enquiry

We'll come back to you with a few questions about your space so we understand the scope before anything is booked in.

02

We arrange a walkthrough

A visit to your workplace gives us the detail we need — how the space is used, what stays, and where the friction is.

03

You receive a written scope

A clear, practical plan covering the areas involved, the timing and what the work will involve. Nothing starts until you're happy with it.

Before you write

What to include in your enquiry.

The more context you can share, the more useful our first reply will be. You don't need all of this — even a couple of lines is enough to start.

Your name, company and the best way to reach you.
Where the workplace is, if it's outside the immediate Darwin area.
Roughly how many people use the space.
Which areas are causing the most friction: storeroom, archive, desks, meeting rooms.
Whether this relates to a move, refurbishment or lease handover.
Any deadline you're working towards, and where it came from.
Access constraints: operating hours, security, loading, quiet periods.
Whether there's confidential material we should know about.
Who will be the contact person for decisions and approvals.
What a good outcome would change for your team day to day.

All details in the form are used only to respond to your enquiry.

Not sure which service you need? Choose 'General enquiry' and describe the space in your own words. Working out the scope is part of the first conversation.

Form options

Which option should you pick?

A guide to the choices in the 'What can we help with?' field on the enquiry form.

OptionChoose it when…
General enquiryYou're not sure what you need, or your question doesn't fit another option.
Office declutteringA specific area — a storeroom, archive, meeting room or bank of desks — has stopped being usable.
Filing & archive systemsDocuments exist but are hard to find, inconsistently labelled or duplicated.
Storage & suppliesStationery, consumables or shared equipment are scattered across several locations.
Workspace resetA team has changed size or layout, or the office needs a broader reorganisation.
Move or handover clear-outA relocation, refurbishment or end-of-lease handover is coming up.
Ongoing organisationYou'd like scheduled follow-up visits to keep an existing system working.

The option you choose simply helps route the conversation. The final scope is agreed after a walkthrough.

After you send

The enquiry journey.

From the moment you press send to the point where the space is handed back. Every step is a conversation rather than an automatic process.

Step 1

Your enquiry is received

The details you've provided give us a first picture of the workplace and the area causing friction.

Step 2

We come back with questions

A short reply to fill in the gaps — access, timing, the number of people, and anything sensitive we should know about.

Step 3

A walkthrough is arranged

A visit at a time that suits your operations, so the space can be seen as it normally is.

Step 4

The scope is written

Areas, items, sequencing, timing, approvals and exclusions are set out in a plan for you to review.

Step 5

You review and agree

Nothing starts until the plan reflects what you actually want done. Changes are discussed, not assumed.

Step 6

The work is carried out

Zones are sorted, organised and labelled, with decisions escalated to your contact person.

Step 7

Handover and follow-up

A walk-through of the finished space, a short written guide, and optional scheduled refresh visits.

Online

The enquiry form

The form above collects the details we need to start a conversation. It prepares an email with your message ready to send.

By post

Our business address

Unit 6, 15 Lakes Crescent, Marrara, Northern Territory 0812, Australia. Written correspondence can be sent to this address.

In person

By arrangement

Visits and walkthroughs are arranged in advance rather than as drop-ins, so the right people and access are available.

Finding the office

The address above is in Marrara, in Darwin's northern suburbs. You can open it in your maps app with the directions link in the location card on this page or on the About page.

Email and phone

Once the business's preferred email address and phone number are added to the site settings, they'll appear automatically in the contact list and the footer on every page, and the enquiry form will open a pre-filled email. Until then, the form provides a way to copy your message so nothing is lost.

Questions

Contact FAQ.

Questions about enquiries, privacy, timing and what to expect before the first visit.

What happens after I submit the form?

The form prepares an email containing your message. If the site's contact email is connected, it opens in your mail app ready to send; otherwise you can copy the message and send it another way.

Do you have a phone number?

A phone number hasn't been supplied for this site yet. When it's added to the site settings it will appear in the contact list and footer automatically.

Do you have an email address?

An email address hasn't been supplied yet. Once added, it will appear on this page and in every page's footer, and the enquiry form will address it directly.

What do you do with my details?

The details you enter are used only to respond to your enquiry. They aren't published anywhere on this website.

Is the form stored in a database?

No. This is a static website with no backend; the form prepares a message in your own email app rather than submitting to a server.

How quickly will I hear back?

Response times aren't published because they depend on the enquiry and current commitments. Add any deadline to your message and it can be taken into account.

Can I just ask a question without requesting a visit?

Absolutely. Choose 'General enquiry' and ask whatever you need — a walkthrough is only arranged if you want one.

Can I request a walkthrough for a site outside Darwin?

Mention the location in your message. Travel and scheduling can be considered as part of the scope rather than assumed.

Is there a charge for the first conversation?

Pricing and commercial terms aren't published on this site. A written scope and plan is prepared after the walkthrough so everything is clear before anything is agreed.

Can I send photos or attachments?

The form doesn't accept attachments. Describe the space in the message, and photos can be shared by email once contact details are connected.

What if I need to change something in my enquiry?

Send a follow-up message referencing your original enquiry, or include the correction in a new one.

Where can I find the company's registration details?

The About page has a full Company details band and a table showing the source of every fact, including the ACN and the ASIC Certificate of Registration.
